Concentrate Filling Sealing Machine DP7B18

This machine adopts the piston filling principle. After the empty tank is transported to the filling position, the compressed air enters the cylinder through the pneumatic triplex, and the filling valve is opened. The piston moves inward in the piston cylinder under the action of the CAM for filling.
The canisters are fed out of the canisters by a synchronous chain of hooks to the sealer for sealing.
When the canister mechanism of the canister sealing machine rises the canister tray, the pressure head presses the lid, and the two rollers preseal and seal the canister respectively under the action of the CAM.
The sealed tank is sent to the conveyor belt of the tank under the action of the tank puller.

Main electric elements adopt mitsubishi PLC, frequency converter and the proximity switch, Germany’s Siemens analog output and Korea solenoid valve, designed by the company’s senior electrical engineer into the most reasonable configuration form, the whole production rate can be in accordance with the requirements set by the touch screen, all common fault automatic alarm, and gives the corresponding failure reason, according to the severity of the fault, the PLC automatically determine whether the host can continue to run or stop.

Suitable for filling various kinds of sauce (such as tomato sauce, chili sauce, fruit jam) and other viscous materials, high concentration and containing pulp or granular drinks, even pure liquid quantitative filling
